 Yes, an interim ministry of the civil society was formed with the holy ghost,father and son taking  charge of the major portfolios.a self installed conundrum with no criterion of election , selection or  even nomination that justified the formation of such a core committee or cabinet; A committee that proclaimed they are the  chosen delegation of the entire civil society mass but who the devil made  them the  undisputed choice of the civil society goes un deciphered .Ha! Ha!-- ideal expression of participatory  democracy where the entire polity of a nation ,robbed of their right to choose, lie subjugated  to the monetary powerhouses whose chosen few steal the show and massacre the  memory of wisdom .  Who posted the father , son and the  holy ghost, in the seminal points of the civil society cabinet and on what criterion , would ever be a naughty mystery; a mystery similar to the midnight posting of the turbaned puppet in the emergency post created out of terrorizing and ousting the lady incumbent from the family succession drive of the prime ministerial chair for which an idiot boy is now making hasty preparations!

1.  One or two years after the commencement of the USAID prompted decentralisation ,  after the formation of the new generation civil society micro-organisations and the ensuing ngo- isation of trade unions charity societies and service organizations,  the focus of leftist politics was shifted from revolutionary people's  democracy to development financing.The epidemic of micro-financing, swept off  the labour potentials of rural productive economy and the entire Indian villages stood witness to micro-finance farming -

It is participatory democracy,  where the chosen stooge of the foreign financier is enthroned  dictator, liquidating even the shadow memories   of democracy, administered by  the  politicians polluted by the lust for wealth,pleased with the eternal game of betrayal.

The uncrowned lord, crowned with a truck full  of absurd rhetoric  was not elected by none  of the four thousand humans living in the village.  He was and is the judiciary incarnated and the Indian penal code and civil code are   burnt to dust  and thrown to winds. He   retrieved   the cancerous brain of caste discrimination in his village and set judgments in favour of the fanatic texts that preached identity politics in the holy name of Manu.(Arwind  kejriwaal, the anti reservationist upper caste militant  testifies to the load of  apartheid obscenity pampered by the Anna industry  of corruption ) Every human out caste is destined to live and die his identity that is determined by the bondage of his birth. He launched an anti liquor campaign, and inflicted barbarian penal measures on all drunkards in his village;the tainted drunkards were beaten until it was confirmed  they were stuff woven out with bleeding flesh an cracking bones. 
5.   And the way he executed family planning in his village  was rewinding of the Turkman horror during the fabulous Emergency , castrating the biological productivity by force , for the reason that  the village is not supposed to surpass his notions of intellectual and emotional sterility, that is the law of the land in the promised paradise of participatory democracy. 7.  .    This is the summary of politics that has been launched by the non governmental organizations  set against the governmental organization and state. They argue that the the supposed civil society organizations that feed upon foreign colonial funding  should subdue the  state. It is is  fund  that matters and the mastery of the political state or whatever be  the form of political power, shall be determined by the colonial sources of funding  which manipulate yet another  bogus sensibility of democracy that insults the sanity of human brain ----S.SUDHISH
