For those who believe 'Digital surveillance' is the end of world:

'Your world is not safe, your data is not private, you are prey to various spying machines. '

We have been hearing Mr.Snowden since mid last year. A contract employee for US security agencies has become the source of all top classified information! It has raised eyebrows of many of us to hear that USA is prying on even its closest of the allies. Now Mr.Snowden is saying that even Industries are not spared from the arms of internet surveillance.  Though all these seems quite shocking in public, this has been the practice of nations for many years, if not decades and centuries. What seems unique in this story is the role of technology and internet as the medium and tool for data leak and espionage.

Is Edward Snowden a real whistle blower for people, or just a cheer leader for imperial agencies?

If Snowden was a self willed crusader against the espionage regimes in USA and elsewhere, he would have shown an inclination towards any anti-imperial praxis. What we are seeing is a person broadcasting inside stories of an empire in regular intervals. When we look at the nature of events we are forced to think about the motives of these so called whistle blowers. Sometime before Snowden became a runaway hit, WikiLeaks and Julian Assange were making waves around the world with their revelations.

Revelations are welcome! CIA also does declassification of their heroic deeds in Cuba and other Latin American nations years after overthrowing people's governments and heinous crimes. When we uphold the brave acts of Snowden and Assange, we are forgetting that imperialism is not only living on our data. Data theft and digital survilence are not the end of the imperial logic on the social relations. They robe our culture, social relations, political sovereignty, trade unions, progressive literature and every possible elements of human labor and its innate values. The whole world of exploitation still hinges on the brutal force in the political economy and markets.

Information is always key to market hegemony, as market is heavily volatile and dependent on the cues from the society in which it exists.  However, our world of life is not market alone. People, Governments, social relations, economic policies, dominant ideologies all exercise influence over our lives. These forces are not dependent on mere data exchange or any associated properties of information hierarchies. 

Our world is not lost even if imperialism cast their prying eyes on all the corners of earth with their powerful prisms and snooping servers and all sort of digital surveillance strategies. The world of resistance and consciousness is still very much in the political economy and the creative power of human labor. 

Let's hail 'Eadward Snowden' for what he really is! ....

OBSCENE 'USAID' INTERVENTION 

Is it not  open intimidation and disgusting,obscene political intervention in public by the police minister,asking the high profile police officer to withdraw his valid witness experience in the t.p.  murder case ? - the way the state influences the witness police officer by    intimidation that his head would be cut down if he said what he is convinced of?-not to disclose the irrepressible feeling  of the jail DIG that a conspiracy has been hatched by the government and media to penalize the innocent persons, in the T.P. MURDER CASE?

The facebook episode and the visit   of Fiaiz , a terrorist suspect in the jail having close links with the ruling politicians-- may be noted for the timing of those happenings— conspired just to  bring infamy  to leaders in the category of Mohanan master. The act of the minister expending force upon the police DIG to recant what he said and removing him from his post is most obscene political intervention in . it is shocking...an attempt to supress the shocking foul play, the concocted plot bred to cut the judiciary into pieces of stupidity and to befool the brain of common man raped by the stinking filth of media propaganda. 

 The statement of the DIG is the honest most revelation and the most authentic witness statement  from the high profile police official who is fully aware of the nasty plot concocted by the congress and its minister in collusion with the media houses purchased by the usaid – cia money.  It is not for the first time that a high profile police officer is dismissing the story of the cpm political vendetta coined by the stooges of USAID funding machinery.

 Earlier DIG Jacob Punnose said- it was a murder  for  personal reasons , the explicit suggestion is that it is not an action of political revenge. IT is the first authentic witness statement from the official side, which was struck down by  direct political  intervention of the police minister who had an ax to grind. The tongue and  teeth of the DGP ,   were plucked out by the police minister and the DGP under duress, with the broken jaws yelled and parroted the USAID bred media and the ugly ruling  politicians. The DGP and later  the DIG who  had convincing first hand knowledge about the secretions manipulated  to construct the story of CPM political vendetta in the  t.p. murder case  disclosed facts with intelligent suggestions, possible within the discipline of their uniform.

 The DIG was removed from his post but no disciplinary action was taken against him. If he violated discipline  taking sides with the criminals, as alleged, why no disciplinary action was taken against him? Actually the high profile police officers spoke the truth, that the story and plot of the cpm vendetta was an attempt to hijack the truth and save the real murderers behind the curtain ---the kith and kin of rmp- congress – extremist nexus. The immediate cause was finance dealings at the personal level but it is coiled in the secret political agenda later developed as weapon against  cpm; the propaganda as a whole was engineered by usaid, and all the media houses that barked in favour of the usaid agenda were heavily fed  with usaid cattle feed. There is no wonder in the appearance of a paradox  that while  the cpm leadership stripping of its political integrity runs down to the hell of betrayal for its share of the usaid feed, its comrades are persecuted tortured hunted and burnt to dust as in the case of CH Asokan. @Sudhish

A tale of two contracts:

 Subjugation to finance colonialism

 

        Now, what is this ,comrade Pinarai vijayan, these   absurd jokes of  festivity over a petty judicial verdict?. The format and style of the celebrations deconstruct  the  memory of the ludicrous  past performed by the idiots honoured in the title of kings- and as the insensible waste of flowers, garlands, bands and drums pinnacled with the rusted frame  of a monarchic crown installed upon the skull of the leader-it is something mean --- inferior  even to a stupid political carnival. It is nothing loftier to the absurd pomp in the event management of an agitation, coined by the neo capitalist brain, the model of which is the wall street travesty or Anna and co mimicry. .Politicians clad in the dogmatic rhetoric of Marxism ,who chronicle the lived experience of pseudo leftist politics always love this hero worship and hype, for they are minds infected with sanity deficiency syndrome germinating from the  parliamentary lust or ugly zest for power.

.      See ,no  strain of  people's struggle, is a performance of financial luxury, as seen now in the street processions lead by the L.D.F.,that tread close to the decorative idiom of a hired event management. If the struggle touches the solar burns in the hearts of the people  it would smell  blood , sweat and tears of the suffering masses. It would never boom toward such a luxurious festivity and revelry .The issue is, that  our energy economy  is worsened further by the solar contract with the W.T.O. and the US companies.-- and Oochandy polluting parliamentary pseudo-morality is not a substance for reasonable agitation . It is only a  sub-human fraud inevitable in the context of finance colonialism. It is not the cause, but symptom of  rotting exemplifying carbuncular capitalist economy. It is the outcome of the self defeating signature of the central government in the dispensation of solar marketing . The magic of obscenity , and the triumphant black mailing by a woman behind the iron bars subjugating greater criminals in the ministerial berth  construct good substance for anti social film makers but these nasty side effects do not shape the cause that  worsen the poverty of energy economy.  The LDF does not have concern over the perils in our energy economy summoned by the solar energy deed executed by the central government and the World Trade Organization. The mimicry band  of the LDF is set to propagate  the libidinal content in the  Kerala solar fraud. Exciting ugly libidinal sensibility is a device of distraction ---- distraction from the serious menace imposed upon our daily bread of energy and so the LDF wont utter a single syllable that touches the international solar energy contract  that betrays the sanity of our political economy

    Back to the Lavalin litigation victory hysteria. The  feeling of elation and ecstasy performed by comrade Pinarai  (as he estimates Lavalin case as the greatest episode  and trial in his political life) is quite pitiable.As a party worker and committed comrade he had challenging experiences of  torturous struggles that he survived with commendable integrity. . It is part of history.. Those struggles he survived not with the backing of a  colony of lawyers who eat  finance in great quantum, who maintain invisible connections with the mighty ones who scribble fate of survival upon human skull.   The Lavalin  affair  was a contest of money power and despite its legal sanction exonerating the mischief, Lavalin contract has brought infamy to the CPM; for, not Pinarai but the central leadership is the culprit behind the curtain. Lavalin is not people's cause. it is the cause of CIDA. .Now the cat is out  and the fact that CIDA , the little cousin of CIA, is the actor behind the Lavalin plot has been established. The political instrument of NATO, a murderous weapon trader and the  wholesale dealer of genocides stepped into the energy sector of Kerala via Lavalin deal and for such a  suicidal political surrender,   CIDA fixed wages of  hundred crores under the banner of Thalasseri Cancer Centre; whether CIDA backed out from the fraud of promised contribution or whether somebody received slices of the bloody amount is still a myth----most irrelevant to the judiciary but most relevant in the context of subterranean financial terrorism leading towards fragmentation of  of our nation state

                        It was CIDA'S cause and not people's cause. As CIDA won the case and its cause , Pinarai nothing more than a medium in the wicked plot ,can have a sigh of relief but if  the CPM believes the wrong committed in the past can be reviewed and rectified , confess the political fact that Lavalin was a project of the CIDA, the development operation wing of CIA.  and apologise in public, for pursuing the contract with the Lavalin- CIDA combine, -- as in Lavalin you smell the blood of Che, Allen De and Pablo Neruda.

                   Back to solar--     The CPI(M) so far , has not raised a single print of voice about the central government's solar deal with the W.T.O. and the US government.. It is direct financial conquest of Indian solar space that has been accorded and conceded by the government. It is  , abject betrayal of the people's interests. The  LDF in its vocal aggressions against the solar fraud ,ignores the contract of betrayal signed by the central government. The CPM raises a fist  of violent utterance against actors and  actresses in the theatre of obscenity, emerging from the solar deal signed by the centre but it would not utter a single finger of word against the treaty of betrayal signed by the centre!! The CPM is bound to swallow its tongue when it comes to the W.T.O CONTRACT: Similarly the CPM would not utter a single word about the involvement of CIDA in the Lavalin deal...... No the CPM would never point its fingers against the interference  of colonial finance in Indian economy for they also receive wages for smuggling the material of finance capital into the  visceral space of Indian economy. The CPM would not confess its crimes . ; it would not apologise and rectify the crime of smuggling the finance routed through CIDAor WTO and it would enact a a drama of rectification just to entertain its  political hypocrisy and ideological demise

Occupy Wall Street : A threat to finance capital or just a tickle?

Strike!, October, Battleship Potemkin! The vivid poetic montages of Eisenstein cinema created an intellectual universe that thrust upon us the sheer force of political movements. The vigor of emotions, kinesthetics of movement of people across the streets, the organic unity of the masses, the synthesis of ideas in public, dream vocabulary; it was the realization of a film sense that resonates in the heights of imagination. Even after nearly a century, this film sense inspires my political blood and rips of the media clutter of our times.

Occupy Wall street Movement (OWM) ! A conglomeration of people in the ivory towers of finance capital in gargantuan scale. The volume, variety and velocity of people associating at a global happening place! The world wide media coverage and the news flash showered upon their initiatives are beyond the reach for any working class organization aligned to communist or socialist movements. Yet they fail to send ripples down the memory lane. It freezes in the thin time frames of our life. When I tries to recollect the organic unity of the event, OWM reminds me of yet another flash-mob that happens in shopping malls or public spaces. 

The movement arithmetic of contemporary anarchists fail to rip off the fundamental equations and governing laws of finance capital and new forces of hegemony. OWM lacked the coherent vision required to overthrow the hegemonic forces of finance capital. They proclaimed themselves as the 'movement of squares'. Out of the polemic and rhetoric, what do they really signify? As a political activist, should I be concerned if my movement should be only inspired by Tiananmen square protests? A mass resistance to the walls of finance capital should not be allergic to the trade unions and political parties. International Socialism magazine hails OWM as 'Construction of mass experiments in cooperative living'. 

We know the deplorable extents to which the mass experiments of cooperative living corrupted the public spaces in the Anna Hazare model experiments for cooperative living. They fail even to qualify to be called as anarchist for the simple reason that they had no democratic ideology or a basic inspiration in the values of peoples democracy. 

Strike is not a carnival moment for participatory living in the market spaces. It is a call for overhaul in the ways of market capitalism. When required to communicate the strength and significance of the cause, it disrupts the passive living of the market dynamics. The obsessive embrace and hedonistic inspirations of mass experiments in OWM completely forgotten that the any movement that calls for a social change must be united by a logical goal that unites the length and breadth of the movement. 

They hail a term called direct democracy! Who would you like to be the cardinal of the direct democracy. Imperial nation states? multi national corporate syndicates? A movement rationale should know the phases and strategic critical path for transitioning from each phase. #Lenin and #Grmasci had written elaborately on the tactical directions for collective resistance against an oppressive market force and its institution.  

A collective resistance will never be frozen in time. The class struggle will not strive to amplify the market force or an institution. The first and foremost contribution of OWM to the social consciousnesses is that it amplified the significance of #WallStreet. What is wall street really? Just another trading center of market capitalism. It is just a place where all the market manipulations take place. By overthrowing wall street you are not going to eliminate the finance capital forces. They have incarcerated each ounce of our political institution. They have penetrated into the tiniest entities of governing and bureaucratic entities in government. 

Thus the basic nature of market hegemony still remains very much the same. The different form of commoditization that emerged in our times is in society and social organizations itself. It was what we call ambiguously as 'Social capital'. The #NGOs, #CSOs, the Carnival Celebration organizations (CMO) can be seen as the manifestations of this abhorrent and hedonistic conscience in the society. They act as the cheerleaders of the finance capital. They can stage manage the protests at any mammoth scale. They can get you any hit rate on social media and TRP in Global television channels. It is such a versatility and innovation that oppressors and oppressed becomes hale and happy at the end of a six month long mass resistance. All is well!

Thus mass resistance becomes a corporate ritual for branch awareness and market positioning. They strip naked their half baked intellect in front of the altars of the market and corporate. They scream, they howl, they dance, they enact all sort of epic plays to incite a tickle of laughter or an apathetic gaze in the pathological senses of finance colonialists. 

Yes, it is very hard to digest the sumptuous meals and the folk art served in your mass media in Kerala soil. When the communist movement of Kerala in Solar protest plummets to an OWM scale of irrationality it invokes the memories of a ritual to titillate the emotive prowess of the Sun God. It becomes nothing more than a 48 hour long stage drama forgetting the root causes of solar scam and the market dynamics of energy politics behind the scene. However this is the moment of truth for a political critic to realize that market can commodity even out of the resistances against it and to make mileage and media attention out of it.

പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി-ജനാധിപത്യവും---കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌-ജനാധിപത്യവും : Interview with S.Sudhish on the facets of Democracy in India

ഗോകുല്‍: ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ അധികാരം ഒരു പ്രഹേളികയാണോ ?

സുധിഷ് : അധികാരം പ്രഹേളികയാണോ എന്നല്ല. ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടി അധികാരത്തില്‍ വന്നാല്‍ ഭരണകൂടത്തെ ജനാധിപത്യവത്കരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയണം. അങ്ങനെ ഒരു ജനാധിപത്യവത്കരണത്തിനുള്ള സമ്പ്രദായം പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യതിലെക്കള്‍  കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ജനാധിപത്യതിലാനുള്ളത്.  

എന്താണ്     അതിന്റെ മേന്മ  എന്ന് ചോദിചാല്‍, പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യതില്‍  ഒരു സമ്പ്രദായികത ഉണ്ട് എന്നതാണ് . അതായാത് , ഒരു ഭരണ പക്ഷം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുക, ഒരു പ്രതിപക്ഷം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുക, ആ തരത്തിലുള്ള ഒരു കക്ഷി കമ്മിട്മെന്റ്റ്  ( commitment ) ഉണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ, നമ്മള്‍ ജനങ്ങളെ സമീപിക്കുന്നത് രണ്ടു കക്ഷികളായാണ്. എന്നിട്ട് നമ്മള്‍ ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തുന്നത് കക്ഷി തിരിഞ്ഞുള്ള ചര്‍ച്ചകളാണ്.  അങ്ങനെ വരുമ്പോള്‍, ഒരു കക്ഷിക്ക് ജനങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും അവരുടെ എല്ലാ പരാധീനതകളും  മറച്ചുവേക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നു. അതൊരു തകരാറായി മാറുന്നു. അപ്പോള്‍ മറ്റുള്ളവന്റെ ദൂഷ്യം പറയാനേ  പറ്റുള്ളൂ. അത് ബഹുകക്ഷി സമ്പ്രദായം ഉള്ള ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ പരാധീനതയാണ്. 

ഇവിടെ ഒരു കക്ഷിയുണ്ടാക്കുനതിനു ഒരു പ്രത്യയ ശാസ്ത്രം തന്നെ വേണം എന്നില്ല. വീക്ഷണം തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാവണം എന്നില്ല. ഇവിടെ പി . ജെ . ജോസെഫും മാണിയും ആര്‍. ബാലകൃഷ്ണപിള്ളയും ഓരോ രാഷ്ട്രിയ കക്ഷികളാണ്. ഇവരൊക്കെ ഓരോ രാഷ്ട്രിയ കക്ഷികളാകുന്നതിനുള്ള ഹേതു എന്താണെന്നു അവര്‍ക്ക് തന്നെ മനസിലാകനമെന്നില്ല. അങ്ങനെ ഏതെങ്കിലും കക്ഷി തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ ജയിച്ചു വരുന്നു. ഔപചാരികമായി ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പ്രതിപക്ഷം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നു.

എന്നാല്‍ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ജനാധിപത്യത്തില്‍ ബഹുകക്ഷി  സമ്പ്രദായം ഇല്ലാത്തതു കൊണ്ട്, അവിടെ ഏക കക്ഷി എന്ന സങ്കല്പം മനസിലാക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. വിവിധ ബഹുജന സംഘടനകളില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന ജനങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കന്ന ആള്‍ക്കാരാണ് ഭരണ രംഗത്ത് വരുന്നത്. പ്രത്യയ ശാസ്ത്ര പഠനത്തിലൂടെ പ്രത്യേക ഒരു പദ്ധതിക്കായി അവരെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടിയിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ട് വരുന്നു.  അതിനു ശേഷം പാര്‍ട്ടിക്കുള്ളില്‍ തുറന്ന ചര്‍ച്ച നടക്കുകയാണ്. ആ ചര്‍ച്ചയില്‍ ഓരോരുത്തരും അവരുടെ നിലപാടുകള്‍ പറയുകയും ആ നിലപാടുകള്‍ പരസ്പരം പരിശോധിക്കുകയും അതുഇനു ശേഷം എന്ത് നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കണം എന്നതിനെ കുറിച്ച് തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നു. വ്യക്തിപരമായ പരാധിനതകളെ സ്വയം വിമര്‍ശനത്തിലൂടെ തിരുത്തുവാന്‍ ഉള്ള അവസരവും ഇവിടെയുണ്ട്. ഇത് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ രീതിയും സവിശേഷതയുമാണ്. 

കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടികള്‍ അധികാരത്തില്‍ വന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ജനാധിപത്യം അഥവാ ജനാധിപത്യ കേന്ദ്രികരണം എന്ന തത്വം തെറ്റായി വിശദീകരിക്കപെട്ടിടുണ്ട്. പല നേതാക്കളും ഈ ദുര്‍വ്യാഖ്യാനം ഒരു ശീലമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. ജനാധിപത്യ കേന്ദ്രികരണം എന്നത് ഉള്‍-പാര്‍ട്ടി ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ ഉല്‍പ്പന്നമാണ്‌. ഇത് മറച്ചു വെച്ചിട്ട് ജനാധിപത്യ കേന്ദ്രികരണമെന്നാല്‍ മുകളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള കല്പന അനുസരിക്കുകയാണ് എന്ന ആശയവും ബോധവും നേതാക്കള്‍ വളര്തികൊണ്ട് വന്നു. തന്മൂലം, ഭരണ നേതൃത്ത്വം പലയിടങ്ങളിലും ജനങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും ഒറ്റപെട്ടു പോവുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഈ വിടവ് വര്‍ദ്ധിച്ചു  വരുകയും ഭരണകൂടങ്ങള്‍ നിലം പതിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. 

അപ്പോള്‍ എന്താണ് ഉള്‍-പാര്‍ട്ടി ജനാധിപത്യം എന്ന ചോദ്യം അവശേഷിക്കുന്നു? സഖാവ് (comrade ) എന്ന് ലെനിനെ  വിളിക്കുന്നതില്‍  ഒരു അര്‍ഥമുണ്ട്. പാര്‍ടിയില്‍  ഏറ്റവും ഉന്നത ശ്രേണിയില്‍ നില്‍ക്കുന്ന ഒരാളെ സഖാവ് എന്ന് വിളിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അവിടെ സമന്മാരാണ് എന്നാണ്. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് സഖാവ് ലെനിന്‍ ഒരു വീഴ്ച വരുത്തി എന്നൊരു ബ്രാഞ്ച് ( branch  ) കമ്മിറ്റിയില്‍ യുക്തിസഹമായി വിമര്‍ശിക്കാനുള്ള അവകാശമുണ്ട്‌. ഈ വിമര്‍ശനം ശരിയാണെന്ന് ഒരു ബ്രാഞ്ചിന് ബോധ്യപെട്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ആ ബ്രാഞ്ചിന്റെ പ്രതിനിധി ലോക്കല്‍ കമ്മിറ്റിയില്‍ ഇതവതരിപ്പിക്കുകയും അവിടെ അത് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ലോക്കല്‍ സമ്മേളനത്തിലെ പ്രതിനിധി ഏരിയ സമ്മേളനത്തിലും അങ്ങനെ അത് ലെനിന് എതിരെ ഉള്ള വിമര്‍ശനമായി മുകളറ്റം വരെ ഉയര്‍ത്തി കൊണ്ട് വരാനുള്ള അവകാശം പാര്‍ട്ടിയിലെ ഒരു സാധാരണ അംഗത്തിനുണ്ട് എന്നതാണ് ഇവിടെ ജനാധിപത്യം. ഇതാണ് പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ ജനാധിപത്യ പരിപ്രേകഷ്യം.

രണ്ടാമതായി, എന്താണ്, ജനാധിപത്യ കേന്ദ്രികരണം? അത് ഉള്‍ -പാര്‍ട്ടി ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലൂടെ ഉയര്‍ന്നുവരുന്ന ആശയങ്ങള്‍ മേല്‍ത്തട്ട് വരെ എത്തിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് ജനാധിപത്യ കേന്ദ്രികരണം സജീവമാകുന്നത്.  അതായത്, ജനാധിപത്യ കേന്ദ്രികരണം വ്യക്തികളുടെ അധികാരത്തെ കേന്ദ്രികരിച്ചല്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ്, ഈ പ്രക്രിയയെ ഡെമോക്രടിക്‌ സെനട്രലിസം  ( democratic centralism ) എന്നും വിളിക്കുന്നത്‌. കേന്ദ്രികൃതത്ത്വം ഉണ്ട്, എന്നാല്‍ അത് ജനാധിപത്യപരമായിരിക്കണം. 

പക്ഷെ, ഒരു ചെറിയ ഘടകത്തിന് മാത്രമേ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ നടപ്പില്‍ വരുത്താന്‍ കഴിയുള്ളൂ. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന്, നയപരമായ തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ എടുക്കുന്നത് കമ്മിറ്റിയും അത് നടപ്പില്‍ വരുത്തുന്നത് സെക്രെട്ടറിയെട്ടും ആണ്. പക്ഷെ ഇന്ന് നമ്മള്‍ പലപ്പോഴും കാണുന്നത് മറിച്ചാണ്. സെക്രെട്ടറിയെട്ട് തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുന്നു.  കീഴ്ഘടകങ്ങള്‍ അതനുസരിച്ച് കൊള്ളണം എന്ന രീതിയിലാണ്. അവൈലബ്ള്‍ (available ) സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റ് മുസ്ലിം ലീഗുമായിട്ട്ട് ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചു, 'കള്ളക്കടത്ത്' ചെയ്യാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചു അതുകൊണ്ട് എല്ലാവരും അനുസരിച്ച് കൊള്ളണം എന്നല്ല.

ഇപ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ സി. പി. എം -ഇന്റെ ഭരണഘടന അനുസരിച്ച് സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ രാഷ്ട്രിയ നയരൂപികരണം നടത്തേന്ടുന്തത് സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റിയാണ്. അതില്‍ സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റിന് മാത്രമായിട്ടു ഒരു തീരുമാനമില്ല.  അവര്‍ക്ക് വേണമെങ്കില്‍ ഒരു നിര്‍ദേശം മുന്നോട്ടു വക്കാം. കമ്മിറ്റിക്ക് അത് സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ തള്ളികളയുകയോ ചെയ്യാം. പക്ഷെ ഇവിടെ തിരിച്ചാണ് നടക്കുന്നത് . അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് എല്ലാ മന്ത്രിമാരും സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റിലേക്ക് ഓടിക്കയറുന്നത്. മന്ത്രിസഭയില്‍ ഉള്ള മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിപോലും പാര്‍ട്ടി സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റില്‍ ഉണ്ടാവേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല.

പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ എടുത്തിട്ട് മന്ത്രിസഭയുടെ ഘടകത്തിന് ( Fraction  ) കൊടുക്കുക. ആ ഘടകം അത് നടപ്പിലാക്കുക. സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റിലിരിക്കാനും ഭരിക്കാനും ഒരാള്‍ തന്നെ വേണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് തന്നെ സംഘടനയുടെ പരാജയമാണ്. സംഘടനയും പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി  മന്ത്രിസഭയും രണ്ടും രണ്ടാണ്. പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി  മന്ത്രിസഭ ഇപ്പോഴും സംഘടനക്ക് കീഴ്പെട്ടിരിക്കണം. 

നമ്മള്‍ മലപ്പുറം സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ എന്താണ് കണ്ടത്, പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യുറോ പറയുന്നു, ഓരോ ആളുകളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കണമെന്ന്, ഇതെന്തു ജനാധിപത്യമാണ്.   കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ജനാധിപത്യം പോലെ ഇത്രയും ശാസ്ത്രിയമായ ജനാധിപത്യ പരിപ്രേകഷ്യമില്ല.  ആ ജനാധിപത്യ രീതിയെ 

അട്ടിമറിച്ചു കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇവര്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്. അപ്പോള്‍ സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റ് തന്നെ സംസ്ഥാന സമിതിയോട് തങ്ങളെ മന്ത്രിയാക്കണം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് ജനാധിപത്യമല്ല. അതപഹാസ്യമാണ്. ഇത്രയും വളര്‍ച്ച പ്രാപിച്ച, ദശ ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന്‌ അംഗങ്ങളുള്ള ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടിയില്‍ നിന്ന് പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യതിലേക്കു നിയോഗിക്കപെടാന്‍ സംഘടന നേതൃത്വം കൊടുക്കാനുള്ള സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റ്  അംഗങ്ങള്‍ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളു എന്നത് ശോചനീയമാണ്. 

ഒരിക്കല്‍, മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ആകാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയിട്ട് സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രെട്ടറി ആയിരുന്ന ഒരാള്‍ ആ സ്ഥാനം രാജി വെച്ചിട്ട് അധികാരത്തിലേറുന്നതു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ രീതിയല്ല.  അവിടെ നമ്മള്‍ പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി-ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്‍റെ താല്പര്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുന്‍‌തൂക്കം കൊടുക്കുകയും സംഘടന ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ തിരസ്ക്കരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുകയാണ്.  അതുപോലെ പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യുറോ, പലയിടത്തും നമ്മള്‍ കാണുന്നു, പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യുറോയില്‍ നിന്നും താഴേക്ക്‌ തരം താഴ്ത്തി എന്ന്. അത് ശരിയല്ല, പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യുറോ എന്നാല്‍ ഒരു സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റാണ് . ഇപ്പോഴും, CC  ( Central  Committee ) തന്നെയാണ് നയ രൂപികരണം നടത്തുന്ന കമ്മിറ്റി . പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യുറോ എടുക്കുന്ന ഇതു തീരുമാനത്തെയും തള്ളികളയാനുള്ള അവകാശം CC -ക്കുണ്ട്. ഇവിടെ നടക്കുന്നത് ജനാധിപത്യ കേന്ദ്രികരണമല്ല, പകരം ജനാധിപത്യ വിരുദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രികരണമാണ്. 

ഇത് ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ മാത്രം സംഭവിച്ചതല്ല, കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടിക്കുള്ളില്‍ എങ്ങനെയാണോ കപട കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌കാര്‍ കടന്നു കൂടിയിട്ടു പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്‍റെ സങ്കേതങ്ങള്‍ പ്രചരിപ്പിച്ചത്,  അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ തീര്‍ച്ചയായിട്ടും മലപ്പുറം സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍, ഇത്രയും അനുഭവ പരിചയമുള്ള വി.എസിനെ പ്പോലെയും ബാലാനന്ദനെ പോലെയും ഉള്ള ആളുകളുള്ള ഒരു പി.ബി. ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുക, സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റിയിലേക്ക് ആരൊക്കെ വരുമെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള്‍ തീരുമാനിക്കും എന്ന് കരുതുക. അങ്ങനെ ഒരു സമ്പ്രദായം പാര്‍ട്ടിയില്‍ പാടില്ല. 

ഇതിനു സമാനതകള്‍ ഉള്ളത്  കോണ്‍ഗ്രെസ്സിലാണ്. അവിടെ ഹൈക്കമാന്‍ഡ് തീരുമാനിക്കും, അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ സോണിയ ഗാന്ധി തീരുമാനിക്കും ആരെ ഒക്കെ കീഴ്ഘടകങ്ങളില്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കണമെന്ന്.  അവിടെ അധികാരം കേന്ദ്രികരിചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. അത് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പല്ല. ഈ വ്യത്യാസം മറന്നു കൊണ്ട്, പോളിറ്റ് ബ്യുറോയും, സെക്രെട്ടറിയെറ്റും ഹൈക്കമാണ്ടിന്റെ ഒരു ശൈലിയില്‍ ഇവിടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അത് മുന്മ്പെങ്ങും ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരു രീതിയാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടെന്താണ്‌ സംഭവിച്ചത്? ബൂര്‍ഷ്വാ പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി-ജനാധിപത്യത്തിലെ എല്ലാ ഗ്രൂപ്പിസവും പോലെ ഇവിടെയും ഗ്രൂപ്പുകള്‍ രൂപപ്പെട്ടു വരുന്നു. 

നമുക്ക് വേണ്ടുന്നത് ജനാധിപത്യപരമായ അധികാര കേന്ദ്രികരണമാണ്. ഇത്രയും ശാസ്ത്രിയമായ ഒരു ജനാധിപത്യ രീതി ബഹു കക്ഷി സമ്പ്രദായത്തില്‍ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല, അതുറപ്പാണ്. ഉള്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടി ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ കാര്യവും അത് പോലെയാണ്. ഈ ഘടന പോലും ബഹു കക്ഷി സമ്പ്രദായത്തില്‍ വ്യത്യാസമായിരിക്കും.  ബഹു കക്ഷി സമ്പ്രദായേതരമായ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ സര്‍ഗാത്മകതയെ നിരസിച്ചു എന്നതാണ് ലോക കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ പരാജയത്തിനു പ്രധാനപെട്ട കാരണം. അതിനു കാരണം, ഇതിനകത്ത് കൃത്യമായും ചില താത്പര്യങ്ങളുടെ നുഴഞ്ഞുകയറ്റം ഉണ്ടാവുകയും വ്യക്തിപൂജവത്കരണം സംഭവിക്കുകയും വ്യക്തികളിലേക്ക് അധികാരം കേന്ദ്രികരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നൊരു പ്രതിഭാസം എല്ലായിടങ്ങളിലും ഉണ്ടായി എന്നതാണ്. 

പക്ഷെ നമ്മള്‍ എന്തൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാലും ആലോചിക്കാനുള്ളത്, ക്യൂബ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ എല്ലാ ആദരവും ഫിദേല്‍ കാസ്ട്രോയോടെ ഉള്ളപ്പോള്‍ പോഴും ക്യൂബ ഒരു സംഘടന നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ തന്നെ ആയിരിക്കണം. അവിടെ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരാള്‍ പ്രൊജക്റ്റ്‌ (project) ചെയ്യപെടാന്‍ പാടില്ല. അതാണ് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ഐഡിയൊളജി. ഫിദല്‍ കാസ്ട്രോ കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ആരുണ്ട്‌ എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചാല്‍ ഫിദേല്‍ കാസ്ട്രോയുടെ അനുജന്‍ ഉണ്ട് എന്നാണ് ഉത്തരം. നോര്‍ത്ത് കൊറിയയില്‍ കിം-ഉല്‍-സുന്‍ഗ് ആണ് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടി എന്ന രീതിയില്‍ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നിടതാണ് പ്രശ്നം. ഒരാളിലോ, ഒരു കമ്മിറ്റിയിലോ അധികാരം കേന്ദ്രികരിക്കുന്നില്ല. 

നാല് വര്‍ഷം  കൂടുമ്പോള്‍ ഒരു പാര്‍ട്ടി സമ്മേളനം നടത്തുന്നത് കഴിഞ്ഞ സമ്മേളനത്തിലെടുത്ത തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ ഇതു വിധം നടപ്പിലാക്കി എന്നറിയാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ്. അത്തരം തീരുമാനങ്ങളില്‍ എന്തെങ്കിലും മാറ്റം വേണമെങ്കില്‍ CC  വിളിക്കാം, അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായ മാറ്റം വേണമെന്നുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ പ്ലീനം വിളിക്കാം. ഇങ്ങനെ ഒക്കെ ഉള്ള എല്ലാ സങ്കേതങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട്. 

എടുത്തോട് വാടാ പണം, നീ പണം പിരിച്ചോടാ എന്നൊക്കെ താഴെ നില്‍ക്കുന്നവരോട് അലറുക വിളിക്കുക, എന്നൊക്കെ ആയാല്‍ ...

പഴയ നാട്ടു ജന്മി സമൂഹത്തിലെ ബന്ധങ്ങളല്ല ഈ പാര്‍ട്ടിയിലുണ്ടാവേണ്ടത്. ഉടയോനും അടിമയും തമിലുള്ള ബന്ധമല്ല അത്. അധികാരത്തിന്റെ ഗര്‍വ്വം മുഴുവനും ചെറിയ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ തലപ്പത്തിരിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് വരെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നു. സഖാക്കളുടെ സമത്വ ഭാവന പാര്‍ട്ടിക്ക് പൂര്‍ണമായും കൈമോശം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. 

ഇത് അര്‍ഥമാക്കുന്നത് ജനാധിപത്യമില്ലതിടത് കമ്മ്യൂണിസം ഇല്ല എന്നാണ്. സ്റ്റാലിന്‍  രണ്ടു കോടി ആളുകളെ കൊന്നിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നും ആളുകളുടെ കഴുത്ത്  വെട്ടുന്നയാളാണ്  എന്നും ഒക്കെ പലരും പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. നമ്മുടെ മുന്നില്‍ അതിനുള്ള സാക്ഷികളോ തെളിവുകളോ ഒന്നുമില്ല. സ്റ്റാലിന്‍  അങ്ങനെ ആയികൊള്ളനെമെന്നോന്നുമില്ല. ലെനിന്‍ അങ്ങനെ ആയികോള്ളണമേന്നോന്നുമില്ല.  ഓരോ കാലത്തും ഉയര്‍ന്നു വരുന്ന നേതാക്കള്‍ പിന്നീട് ലെജെന്ദ് ( legend ) ആയി തീരാറുണ്ട്. 

ഉദാഹരണത്തിന്, ഇ. എം. എസ് - നെ പോലുള്ള ഒരു നേതാവ്, അധികാരത്തില്‍ ഒതുങ്ങി നില്‍ക്കണം എന്നാഗ്രഹിച്ച ഒരാളല്ല. അധികാരത്തിനെ പറ്റി  ചിന്ത ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരാളായിരുന്നു. അത് മറ്റുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് വിട്ടു കൊടുത്തിട്ട് പോകുന്ന ഒരാളായിരുന്നു. നിങ്ങള്‍ തീരുമാനിക്കൂ എന്ന് പറയുന്ന ഒരാളായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ വിട്ടു കൊടുത്തു, വിട്ടു കൊടുത്താണ്, അവസാനം ജനകീയ ആസൂത്രണത്തിന്റെ തലപ്പത് അദ്ദേഹം തന്നെ എത്തിച്ചേരുന്നത്. പല കാര്യങ്ങളിലും ഞാനും ഒരു അംഗം മാത്രമാണ്, ഞാനും എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം പറയുന്നു എന്ന് മാത്രമാണ് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞത്. എ.കെ.ജി. ഉള്ളപോഴും അങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു. ബസവ പുന്നയ്യയും, ബി.ടി.രണദിവയും, എ.കെ.ജി.യും, ഇ. എം. എസും, ഒക്കെ അങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു. പാര്‍ട്ടി എന്താണ്, ചങ്കാണോ, മത്തങ്ങയാണോ എന്ന് മനസിലാകാത്തവരാണ് എന്നാ സ്ഥാനം കൊതിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതൊരു ജീര്‍ണനം ( decay ) തന്നെയാണ്. 

ഇതിന്റെ ഒക്കെ അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായ കാരണം അധികാരം ഒരു അന്തര്‍ലീനമായ ഒരു ത്വര ( urge ) ആയതാണ്. ഫ്രോയിഡിനെ തിരുത്തികൊണ്ട്‌ പിന്നീടു വരുന്ന മനശാസ്ത്രകരന്മാര്‍, ഉദാഹരണത്തിന്, ലൈംഗികത അടിസ്ഥാന ത്വര ആണെന്ന ഫ്രോയിഡിന്റെ സങ്കല്പം സി.ജി.ജൂന്ഗ്  തന്നെ നിരസിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പിന്നെ എന്താണത്, എന്ന അന്വേഷണത്തില്‍ അത് അധികാരം ആണെന്ന് പലരും നിര്‍ദേശിക്കുണ്ട്.  ഉദാഹരണത്തിന്, 'Survival  of the fittest' എന്ന് പരിണാമ പ്രക്രിയില്‍ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. എനിക്കൊരു സ്ഥലം വേണം എന്ന എം.ടി.യുടെ ഒരു പ്രയോഗമുണ്ട്, അത് എനിക്ക് നില നില്‍ക്കാനുള്ള സ്ഥലം മാത്രമല്ല, അത് സഹവര്‍ത്തിത്വ ത്തിനുള്ള സ്ഥലം ആകാം. പക്ഷെ മറ്റൊരാളുടെ മേലുള്ള അധീശത്വതിനുള്ള സ്ഥലം കൂടി ആയിരിക്കണം എന്നൊരു ദുര്‍മോഹം മനുഷ്യരില്‍ ജൈവമായി നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. അതിനെ ആണ് അധികാര താത്പര്യം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്. അങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ആനന്ദം മനുഷ്യസഹജമായ ഒരു ദൌര്‍ബല്യമാണ്. 

അതൊരു പ്രകൃതി നിയമം പോലെ മനുഷ്യ സമൂഹത്തിനു ചുറ്റും കറങ്ങുകയാണ്. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന്, ജീവല്‍ പ്രക്രിയയില്‍, പുരുഷ ബീജവും, സ്ത്രീ ബീജവും തമ്മില്‍ പ്രതിപ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഒന്ന് ഡോമിനന്റ്റ്‌ ( dominant ) മറ്റത് റിസെസ്സിവ് (recessive ) ആയി തീരുന്നു. അത് ജൈവപരമായ ഒരു അനിവാര്യതയാണ്. ഇത് നമ്മുടെ സാമൂഹ്യ ജീവിതത്തിലും ബന്ധങ്ങളിലും ഒക്കെ വരുന്നുണ്ട്. അതിനെ സഹവര്‍ത്തിത്വവും സമഭാവനയും ആയി മാറ്റുക എന്നതാണ് മനുഷ്യന്റെ ധര്‍മ്മം. ആദ്യത്തേത് മൃഗിയത ( animality ) ആണെങ്കില്‍  ഇത് മാനവികത ( humanity  ) ആണ്. എന്നാല്‍ ഒന്ന് മറ്റൊന്നിന്റെ മേല്‍ അധീശം ചെലുത്തിയാലെ സ്വഭാവം ( character / identity   ) ഉണ്ടാവുള്ളൂ, അത് വരെ ശരിയാണ്. എന്നാല്‍ അതിനു ശേഷം, ആ വ്യക്തിത്വം മറ്റൊരാളുടെ മേല്‍ അടിചെല്പ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് അധികാര പ്രവണത. അത് വളരെ അടിസ്ഥാനമായതാണ്. അതേ  കാരണം കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ആണ് ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ കമ്രട്ഷിപ്പില്‍  ( comradeship ) അതിനെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാത്തത്. 

ഇന്നലെ വരെ, കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടി നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ഉള്ള ഒരാളെ ഇന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കപെടുമ്പോള്‍ അധികാര ഭ്രുഷ്ടനാക്കിയ ഒരു രാജാവിന്റെ മാനസികാവസ്ഥ ഉണ്ടാവുന്നതും അത് കൊണ്ടാണ്. ഇതൊരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ബോധമല്ല. ഒരു ഭരണ കൂടത്തിന്റെ അധികാര സ്ഥാനതിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നത് ഒരു കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌കാരന് അത്ര അഭികാമ്യമായ ഒരു കാര്യമല്ല. അധികാരം എന്നത് പാര്‍ട്ടി എന്നെ ഏല്‍പിച്ച ഒരു ജോലി മാത്രമാണ് എന്നും മറ്റുള്ളവന്റെ മേല്‍ ആധിപത്യം സ്ഥാപിക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു മാര്‍ഗമല്ല എന്നും തിരിച്ചറിയാന്‍ കഴിയണം. 

അതുകൊണ്ട്, അധികാര സ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ഒരു മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഞാനാണ് എല്ലാത്തിനും അധിപന്‍ എന്ന് വിചാരിക്കുനതിനു പകരം പാര്‍ട്ടി ഒരു ദൌത്യം എന്നെ ഏല്പിച്ചു എന്നാണ് കരുതേണ്ടത്. ഇവിടെ പാര്‍ട്ടി അല്ല അമേരിക്കന്‍ സാമ്രാജ്യത്വമാണ്  മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയെ ഒരു ദൌത്യം എല്പ്പിക്കുനത്. കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ രീതിയില്‍ അധികാര സ്ഥാനം എന്നാല്‍ ഒരു പാര്‍ട്ടി കമ്മിട്മെന്റ്റ് ( commitment ) എന്നാണ്. കൂടുതല്‍ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങള്‍ ഏറ്റെടുത്തു കൊണ്ട് കൂടുതല്‍ ചുമതലകള്‍ ഉള്ള ഒരു സഖാവായി മാറുകയാണ്. എന്നെ ചുമതലകളില്‍ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍ ഒരു സാധാരണ മനുഷ്യനായി മറ്റുള്ളവരോടൊപ്പം ജീവിക്കും, അതില്‍ ഞാന്‍ സങ്കടപെടെണ്ടാതില്ല. ഇതാണ് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ മനശാസ്ത്രം. ഏറ്റവും വിപ്ലവകരമായ ഒരു മനശാസ്ത്രമാണിത്.

കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌കാര്‍ അധികാരം പിടിച്ചെടുക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയ അടവുകളേയും തന്ത്രങ്ങളെയും പറ്റി, നമ്മള്‍ ചിന്തിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഈ വര്‍ത്തമാന കാലത്തില്‍ നമുക്ക് ഒരുപാട് മാറ്റങ്ങല്‍ വരുത്തേണ്ടി വരും. തീവ്രവാദം എന്ന് പറയുന്നതും, യുദ്ധം എന്ന് പറയുന്നതും സാമ്രാജ്യത്വത്തിന്റെ സര്‍വാധിപത്യത്തില്‍ ആയിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കാലഘട്ടത്തില്‍ സായുധ വിപ്ലവം എന്ന് പറയുന്നതിന് വലിയ പരിമിതികള്‍ ഉണ്ട്. അപ്പോള്‍ വിപ്ലവം എന്ന് പറയുന്നതിനെ , എന്നാല്‍ അവര്‍ നമ്മളെ ആയുധം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കീഴടക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പ്രതിരോധം ഉണ്ടാവേണ്ട എന്നല്ല പറയുന്നത്. ജനകീയ സമരങ്ങളുടെതായ മറ്റുപധികള്‍ കണ്ടെതെണ്ടാതായിട്ടുണ്ട്. പല സമര മാര്‍ഗങ്ങളും നമ്മള്‍ കണ്ടെതുന്ടെതായിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതാണ് ഇന്നത്തെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌കാരന്റെ ദൌത്യം. നേരെ മറിച്ചു ഇവര്‍ പറയുന്നത് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടിയില്‍ ജനാധിപത്യമില്ല എന്നാണ്. 

ഭരണകൂടങ്ങളുടെ ജനാധിപത്യവത്കരണത്തില്‍, പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ ജനാധിപത്യവത്കരണത്തില്‍, പാര്‍ട്ടി സംഘടനയുടെ ജനാധിപത്യ വത്കരണത്തില്‍, ജനങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങളും ജീവിതവും കണ്ടറിഞ്ഞു അവരുമായി പ്രതിപ്രവര്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള പാര്‍ട്ടി രൂപപെടുത്തുക എന്നതാണ് ആവശ്യം. ഞാനിപ്പോള്‍ ഒരു തോക്കെടുത്ത് ഒരു വീരകൃത്യം ചെയ്തു ഒരു പത്തുപേരെ കൊന്നു പ്രകമ്പനം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് വിപ്ലവം 

ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌കാരന്‍ ജലത്തില്‍ മത്സ്യം എങ്ങനെയാണോ ജീവിക്കുന്നത് അതുപോലെ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതെന്ന്. ആ ബന്ധം എവിടെ നഷ്ടപെടുന്നുവോ , അവിടെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസം പൂജ്യമായി തീരുന്നു. 

അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് പറയുന്നത് ഒറ്റ പെട്ട തീവ്രവാദ ഗ്രൂപുകള്‍ക്ക് ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ എങ്ങനെ സഞ്ചരിക്കാന്‍ പറ്റുകയില്ല. ലാറ്റിന്‍ അമേരിക്കയിലെ ഗറില്ല യുദ്ധകാലത്ത്, അവരുടെ എതിരാളിയുടെ ആയുധ ശക്തിയെ ഒരു ഒളിപ്പോരു കൊണ്ട് മാത്രമേ നേരിടാന്‍ കഴിയൂ എന്നുള്ള ഒരു സമ്പ്രദായം അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അതെ സമയം,  ലാറ്റിന്‍ അമേരിക്കന്‍ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യസമര ഭടന്മാര്‍ക്ക് ജനങ്ങളുമായി വല്ലാത്ത ഒരു ബന്ധമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അല്ലാതെ ആളുകളെ മുഴുവന്‍ ഭീതിപെടുത്തിയല്ല. ഇന്ന് കാണുന്ന തീവ്രവാദികള്‍ അങ്ങനെ അല്ല, 

അത് ഭീതിയുടെ ഭാഷായാണ്, സാമ്രാജ്യത്വത്തിന്‍റെ ഭാഷയാണ്. ഇന്ന് കാണുന്ന മാവോയിസവും തീവ്രവാദത്തിന്റെ ഒരു വകഭേദമാണ്. അവര്‍ പോലീസുമായി ഏറ്റുമുട്ടുന്നു എന്ന് പറയുന്നു എങ്കില്‍ പോലും ആദിവാസികളും ആദിവാസികളും തമിലുള്ള ഏറ്റുമുട്ടലുകലായി അത് മാറാറുണ്ട്. 

അങ്ങനെ അധികാരത്തെ പറ്റി ഒരു ശരിയായ വിവക്ഷ ബൂര്‍ഷ്വാ ജനാധിപത്യത്തില്‍ അസാധ്യമാണ്. കാരണം അത് എണ്ണത്തിനെ അടിസ്ഥാനപെടുത്തിയ ഒരു രീതിയാണ്. എന്നാല്‍ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ ജനാധിപത്യത്തില്‍, അവസാനം ഭൂരിപക്ഷ അഭിപ്രായം നോക്കുമെങ്കില്‍ പോലും അതീവിധം അല്ല. എല്ലാവരും സ്വയം പരിശോധിക്കുകയും ഇതാണ് ശരി തെറ്റ് എന്ന് നോക്കുകയും വേണ്ടി വന്നാല്‍ ഒരു വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. വളരെ തീവ്രമായ പ്രത്യയ ശാസ്ത്ര ചര്‍ച്ചയില്‍ മാത്രം. ഇവിടെ ഒരാളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നു എന്നുപറയുമ്പോള്‍ ഒരു മത്സരവും ഉണ്ടാവേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് പലപ്പോഴും പാനല്‍ വച്ച് മത്സരിക്കുന്നത്. 

കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ട്ടിയില്‍ പാനല്‍ സമ്പ്രദായം വരുന്നതിന്റെ ഒരു പരിസരം ഇതാണ് - ഒരു ഏരിയ കോണ്‍ഫറന്‍സ് നടക്കുന്നു. അവിടെ വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നു. സഖാക്കള്‍ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ അവര്‍ പുന:പരിശോധിക്കുന്നു. അവിടെ ആശയപരമായ ഐക്യത്തിന്റെ രൂപം ഉണ്ടായി വരുമ്പോഴെക്കു പിന്നെ രണ്ടു ഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ എന്നൊരു പ്രശനം ഉണ്ടാവുന്നില്ല. സര്‍വ്വസമ്മതമായ ഒരു പാനല്‍ മുന്നോട്ടു വക്കുന്നു. ആ പാനല്‍ വക്കാനുള്ള അവകാശം - വേദിയില്‍ നിന്നും ഒരു പാനല്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിക്കാന്‍ പറ്റില്ല. കാരണം പലര്‍ക്കും പലതും വിളിച്ചു പറയാം. പുറത്ത് പോകുന്ന കമ്മിറ്റി, ഒരു പാനല്‍ വക്കുന്നു. ആ പാനലിലെ അനഭിമാതരെന്നു തോന്നുന്നവരെ തിരസ്ക്കരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയും. അവിടെ എന്നതിന്റെ പേരിലുള്ള ഒരു തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പല്ല. അയോഗ്യരെന്നു തോന്നുന്നവരെ ഒഴിവാക്കാന്‍ ആവശ്യപെടുമ്പോള്‍ ചിലര്‍ സ്വയം ഒഴിവാകുന്നു.  എന്നാല്‍  പാര്‍ലമെന്ററി ജനാധിപത്യത്തില്‍ എല്ലായിടവും എണ്ണത്തിന്‍റെ  ബലം മാത്രമാണ് ഉള്ളത്.
