USAID Intervention Part Two:

 CIVIL SOCIETY THEORY, COLONIAL FUNDING,  & 

THE EVENT MANAGEMENT

 NICKNAMED HUNGER STRIKE MEGA SHOW

The role of USAID in Indian political economy  is that of subversion and fragmentation.  Assassination of Sanjay Gandhi,Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi planned and executed by US under various heads and  the ominous life threat  burst upon  Sonia Gandhi in the midnight hours  prior to her coronation best exemplify  the murderous  pulse of  US  intervention in Indian politics.A human figure with the exact body language of a  puppet was discovered befitting  to the auspicious  throne of the prime minister, an avtar hired for the the implementation of financial colonialism titled globalization.

The  theme of decentralization is pretty old set in motion from the ancient times , monarchs decentralizing power towards feudal lords . Federalism also carries the principle of decentralization. But  the decentralization project, floated at the global level,by the USAID with the commencement of globalization,was distinct from the earlier decentralization texts and practices . It opened a war front against nationalism and nation state, taking finance as the major weapon for de-centering-- and destabilizing the  third world nation states .  A colonial conquest with arms and ammunition of finance  flooding loans and grants   hit   the spine and cerebrum of Indian political economy ; manual terrorist manipulations breeding separatist groups under the cover of ethnic and communal standards were deployed from the antithetical end. The hegemonic discourse of development planning and the terrorist discourses of separatism were antagonistic in appearance but they were unified in a common objective-- fragmentation of India , the  nation state.

          

Thomas Issac, husband of USAID personnel Nata Duvvury, and Richard Franke , chief executive of USAID mission in Kerala propagated USAID literature on development planning in the text written upon local level democracy and planning in which they confessed that the three major concepts of decentralization introduced in India originated from the conspiring skull of USAID . They made a truthful but  shameful revelation,that the patent of self-ruled villages, in the present context, that dismantles nation state, lies with USAID and  the concept of gramaswarajya or any such antique fantasy is renovated with a sacred mission- destabilization and disintegration of the nation state.In the text referred to above they conceded depoliticizing of the entire society, with civil society organizations , lead by an army of NGOs funded  via  agencies of  financial colonialism .In Kerala   M.P.Parameswaran a straight,ardent spokes person of USAID,predicted the abolition of   parliamentary democracy and the dawn of participatory democracy in which the

nongovernmental organizations commanded by the colonial finance power  dictated terms to the State and subdued all the four estates of the State leading to a dismal disappearance of the State;   space of governance that fall vacant in the event  of the invalidation of the State will be devoured  by the agents of colonial funding  who wage a battle for the liquidation of the Nation State by the measures of finance and terrorism;  A net work of civil society organization-- -micro narratives, fed and funded by global colonial forces, is  the order of the fourth world in which the multinational corporates would subdue the States in all respects and the stooges of the  corporates, who  breathe and breed  servitude disbursed with colonial funding ,who pollute the entire political ethos with  verbal warfare,who  drown the entire population into the sea of genetically modified steroids of corruption--- would be raised to mythical pedestals.

 The  civil society travesty staged at the Ramleela maidan ,is commanded by  the stuff of a rogue-- the last resort of a rogue, Dr.Johnson said it in  the ancient text of lexicography, but materialised to the fullest extent in the present anecdote--  modified to the myth of a media god germinating from monstrous colonial funding. It is  a Tom and Jerry  game played by the children  of finance colonialism,with an inevitable match fixing engineered by the US  in which the turbaned puppet and his  G-capped adversary  share a secret lunch of political obscenity befooling the eyes of the nation . The US consulate, by its statement of forewarning shot against the Government of India --by its act of aggressive intervention into the area of India's domestic democracy-- suggested that the mimicry  artist demonstrating  the civil society will is a  US candidate.  The intervention  of US consulate is a gesture to the fact the US has a bloody dagger to grind . The dagger dressed in  the Gandhian outfit was earlier installed in the committee for manipulating the Lokpal , the holy ghost  being posted between father and  son lawyers who amassed  corrupted wealth of land by the grace of goddess Mayavathi or by the compassionate bills granted by Ambani for executing the extortion of   common man's land.- CONTINUED
